 ILLEGAL DUMPING

ADEQ's Illegal Dumping Prevention Program (IDPP) was created to support local and private illegal dumping prevention efforts throughout Arizona by:

  • Serving as a liaison between the state and communities as well as between communities;
  • Providing a clearinghouse for available information and resources; and
  • Removing obstacles to local and state efforts to abate illegal dumping.

In partnership with local governments and private organizations, the IDPP is developing meaningful and demonstrably effective strategies to prevent illegal dumping.
