The Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Checklist

Download this optional checklist, prepared in an attempt to present ADEQ's requirements for a complete stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP). To assist the applicant in SWPPP preparation, each particular requirement has been cross-indexed to its particular citation in the construction permit. For the full requirement, one need only reference the corresponding AZPDES citation. While every effort has been made to produce a checklist that completely lists all the requirements of a SWPPP, the responsibility for an adequate SWPPP remains with the permittee. The checklist addresses only the obligations of the SWPPP -- not the entire construction permit requirements. For full permit requirements, and complete details on the SWPPP, please refer to the AZPDES Construction General Permit.
