Mr. Rocha leads the Administrative Services Division, which provides support to the programs including Financial Services, Information Technology, Procurement, Human Resources, Budget, Communications and General Services. Mr. Rocha has over 32 years of government financial management experience, including 11 years with the state auditor general and 21 years with the Dept. of Administration.
