ADEQ engages citizens in many ways to keep them informed and invites greater participation in environmental planning and decision-making. We strive to educate, inspire and assist citizens by promoting environmental awareness through public involvement activities and providing useful tools and resources.

In accordance with Laws 2010, Second Regular Session, Chapter 88, Section 2 (HB2209) and A.R.S. § 38-431.02, ADEQ is providing this notice of the location, both physically and electronically, where all Public Notices including the meeting agenda of meetings of public bodies of the agency are posted.

ADEQ posts all electronic Public Notices on the ADEQ Calendar, which can be accessed from every ADEQ Web page, and has a Public Notices Archive Web page. Public Notices are linked from the ADEQ Education and Outreach Web page and the Laws, Rules and Policies Web page.

In addition, ADEQ physically posts Public Notices in the 1st floor elevator breezeway poster board of the Phoenix Office building, 1110 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85255.
