      Cibola, AZ.

 

Cibola, AZ. is looking a responsible Water Operator III to Manage,
Maintain and operate a newly proposed 60,000 gallon a day
Ultrafiltration Surface water treatment facility. Operate and maintain a
150 connection Distribution system.

 

Prepare and submit reports of daily activities, inspections and monthly
testing reports to ADEQ and the Water Board. Hazards may include
frequent exposure to toxic chemicals associated with water treatment and
high voltage equipment. Must be capable of using safety equipment and
follow safety procedures required needed. Must meet requirements for use
of a SCBA-Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and other safety equipment.

 

Requirements: must be an AZ. certified Water Operator III from the AZ.
Dept. of Environmental Quality or obtain an Operator III certification
within one year. Must be certified in Hazardous material handling
(HazWoper) or obtain the certification by construction completion.

 

Must have computer skills and operational procedures of office
equipment.
